Self-Assessment

How good are we?
How good can we become?
How can we improve?
How can we learn from others?

The foundation of the School’s quality and success lies in the commitment and responsibility of the Principal and all staff to uphold general management principles and to apply strict professional standards in delivering services to students and adult learners.

All services provided by the School are carried out in accordance with established work practices defined in quality assurance documents, which are based on legislation and international standards.

These quality documents have been formally adopted by the School staff, who have committed themselves to strict adherence to prescribed practices in their daily work and to their ongoing improvement.

The School’s long-term goal is to provide the highest-quality services in the education and training of both students and adults, enabling them to achieve secondary vocational qualifications, acquire the knowledge and skills necessary for work and further education, and develop the competencies required for professional qualifications in the fields of road transport and logistics.

The School will achieve this by:

  • consistently applying obligations outlined in its programs and work plans,
  • prioritizing high-quality services for students and adult learners as the primary focus of all staff,
  • regularly monitoring and measuring satisfaction levels of students, adult learners, and parents,
  • ensuring continuous professional development of teachers and other employees,
  • implementing systematic teaching methods that foster intellectual, physical, social, moral, and spiritual growth of students in line with their abilities and interests,
  • developing students’ awareness of their national identity and heritage, and fostering cultural preservation,
  • providing education in accordance with universal cultural and civilizational values and human rights,
  • preparing students to embrace diversity, practice tolerance, and actively participate in the democratic development of society,
  • equipping students with the skills needed to live and work in a dynamic socio-cultural environment, adapting to the demands of a market economy, modern ICT, and scientific progress,
  • developing new and enhancing existing programs in the fields of road transport and logistics.

The School will continuously encourage ongoing improvement of its overall quality of work, guided by feedback and suggestions from students, adult learners, parents, stakeholders, and its own employees.

In line with the adopted Quality Policy, all employees are expected to be familiar with its principles and actively participate in its implementation.
